Plastic-scrim (PET) one-sided

Application:
Coatings and laminates in model making, sandwich components and engineering parts which are mainly loaded in bending.
Advantages of the material: Almost 100% utilisation of the fibre's properties, most notably a significantly higher compressive strength than fabrics; higher fibre content is possible and no fraying at arbitrary cut-outs.

Single sided use of a breather screen and 2 release films for peeling off.

Calculated data for hand laminates with 45 volume percent fibres:
Resin consumption: 87.5 g/m², laminate thickness: 0.136 mm, laminate weight: 187.5 g/m²

Fibre type: T700 SC 60E 12k 800tex
Thickness: 0.19 mm
